SALTED CARAMEL BITES nature’s candy. I’m a huge snacker & I’ve been trying to eat more nutrient dense snacks!!!! these DID NOT disappoint. try to make small changes in your lifestyle that will benefit your mind & body! YOU’LL NEED: — 6 large medjool dates, pitted — 1 tbsp vanilla extract — 2 tbsp ground flax seeds — 1/4 cup peanut butter — 1 tbsp chia seeds — 1 tsp maple syrup — 2 tsp maca powder — 1/4 coconut shreds or salted almonds, coating 1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor & blend until a thick ‘dough’ forms. (3-5 minutes) If it’s a little crumbly, try adding a tsp of water. 2. Lightly greased your hands & roll the mixture into small balls & roll each energy bite on salted almonds or coconut until fully covered. 3. Place in the fridge for about 45 min or until cold & enjoyyyy
