I ate a lot yesterday and woke up today debating whether if I should have waffles or just a smoothie for breakfast Focus on YOUR internal cues & not on whatever is trying to dictate your food or eating. give yourself unconditional permission to eat whatever YOU want. Now, time for these beauties — Pumpkin Spice Waffles, you can probably make them pancakes too but I haven’t tried! INGREDIENTS: — 2 cups oat flour — 1 tbsp baking powder — 1/2 tsp salt — 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice — 1/4 tsp cinnamon
— 1-2 small eggs — 1 cup almond milk, scanted — 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted — 1/2 cup pumpkin puree — 1 tsp vanilla extract — 3 tbsp maple syrup 1. Preheat your waffle iron with coconut oil 2. In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, coconut oil, eggs, milk, pumpkin puree & vanilla. 3. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients & stir until combined. 4. Let batter rest for about 3 minutes & pour about 1/2 cup batter onto waffle iron. Cook until golden & crispy. Repeat
