HAZELNUT BUTTER FLOURLESS BROWNIES NOT THE PRETTIEST BUT they are bomb. this is the third time that I try to perfect them & they finally came out right πŸ₯³ I would DEF ADD WALNUTS INSTEAD OF ALMONDS BUT I RAN OUT INGREDIENTS 1/3 cup of cornstarch 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 hazelnut butter (you can make your own, just blend 2 cups of hazelnuts in a food processor or blender) 1 cup of dark chocolate chips 6 tbsp unsalted butter or coconut oil 3/4 cups of coconut sugar 3 eggs (flax eggs? I guess they could work but idk) 1 tsp of vanilla extract INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat your oven to 350 F & prepare a square pan with nonstick spray or parchment paper. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch, cacao powder & salt. Set aside. 3. Melt your coconut oil/butter in a microwave & stir in the chocolate chips until melted. Add the hazelnut butter, vanilla, coconut sugar & stir until combined. Mix the eggs one at a time until everything is fully combined. 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients & mix well. Stir in extra choco chips! Pour into the prepared baking pan & bake for 35 minutes. 5. Let cool before cutting & enjoy πŸ‘…πŸ‘…πŸ‘…
