CHIA PUDDING I used to hate this consistency but now I love it for some reason? So many different ways that you can do it & all of them are so yummy 1/4 cup of chia seeds 1/2 cup of almond or coconut milk 1 tbsp of honey Greek yogurt toppings of choice 1. Mix the chia seeds, honey & milk in a jar & let it sit in the fridge overnight. 2. Topped with a layer of yogurt, chopped almonds, goji berries & coco shreds!
